Choose a brand like HP that offers a range of all-in-one equipment which typically includes a scanner, printer, fax machine and copier. Check on the consumption of the equipment, warranty and maintenance as well as ink costs because ink can get pretty expensive.
  4. Internet:  It is imperative that you have internet accessibility since you would need to constantly be in touch and the phone systems you utilize should be interconnected making you more effective and efficient. Consider getting devices that are all WiFi ready so you would minimize on the cables.
